The most flimsy material ever. Won't be able to hold up for maybe a few weeks bc either the strapos will break or holes will start to appear. Folded up in a little square when shipped to me, if that tell you anything. Bad investment.

i bought this as a gift and the birthday girl was absolutely thrilled. the things i like about it: generously sized shoulder bag, very cute, okay quality, fair price, fast shipment (came in july 11 and expected delivery was between july 28 and august 15). the things i didn't like: strong smell from the materials used (but i'm sure it will air out eventually), it is not made by sanrio, the packaging it came in was a little shoddy. overall, i am pleased with this purchase and would buy it again :)

When I started reading other people's reviews, I was scared to purchase this item. I heard about the straps being flimsy, and the material being awful and cheap and it breaking and everything that I tried to cancel my order but it was too late. When I received my item though, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as people have said it is. The reason I gave it four stars was because the inside of the bag was the only problem and that is where I can see that most people got their complaints from. It is definitely a "cheap" material on the inside but since I don't usually carry much around in my purse, I am VERY careful with the inside of the bag. The straps have seemed fine to me then again, I'm not carrying bricks around inside this purse. I'm 22 years old and a HUGE hello kitty fan and it definitely is a must for hello kitty fans! Products from Sanrio may have better quality but they are so expensive. This was decently priced for a purse of its quality, actually, the price is amazing comparing the size and all of that but yet, I still give it the four stars for the inside part of the bag. Other than that, if you're a person like me that really only carries a wallet, a phone, and maybe a perfume here and there inside this HUGE bag, you're fine. I haven't broken the inside of the bag because I take care of every single hello kitty item I own. Don't let the reviews scare you, it really isn't a bad product, but it all depends on your taste. If you want high quality material, go to Sanrio but if you don't mind it not being up to par and just love the fact that it's hello kitty, go for it. It's worth it for me!

I love this bag..its super cute and is huge inside! The only thing I do not like is the straps... I think for such a large bag..Durable straps are a must..I feel like if i fill up the bag the strap with rip off :( Luckily for me i can replace the straps myself!
